Returns

We hope you love your order, but if not, you can return it back to our store within 28 days of delivery. Any returned items must be in new, unused condition with labels attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery. Tights must be returned unopened and unused with original packaging and labels attached due to hygiene reasons. 

If your items are returned within the 28 day period we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to complete.

You can return your items for a cost of £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund, using our Royal Mail Returns Portal.

Promotional Offers & Returns

Where items are purchased as part of a promotion (including but not limited to “buy one get one free”, “buy one get one at a reduced price”, or “buy two get one free”), the offer is conditional on all qualifying items being kept. If part of the order is returned this means the original promotion criteria is no longer met and the promotion will no longer apply. In these cases, any remaining items will be charged at their full standard retail price, and any refund will be adjusted accordingly.
